About Chicken Paella Recipe: Paella is a traditional Spanish dish cooked with rice, assorted vegetables, chicken, white wine, saffron and herbs.
Ingredients of Chicken Paella
- 4 Pieces Chicken
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp Paprika powder
- Chilli flakes
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 Cup Onions
- 1 Cup Bell peppers
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1 Cup Vegetable stock
- A pinch of Saffron
- 1 Cup Peas
- 7-8 Olives
- Parsley
- White wine
How to Make Chicken Paella
- 1.Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the chicken pieces and add diced onion to it, add bell peppers.
- 2.Mix them well. Take out the chicken pieces and vegetables. In the same pan, cook rice and add vegetable stock.
- 3.Stir well. Add the chicken pieces and vegetables back into the pan. Add saffron mixed in white wine to the pan.
- 4.Add salt and pepper. Let it cook for some time.
- 5.Add green peas, olives and chopped parsley. Drizzle some olive oil on it and serve.
