- 1 tsp Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
