Ingredients of Peanut Gajak
- 1-2 pcs jaggery (gur)
- to taste peanuts
- 2 tsp ghee
How to Make Peanut Gajak
- 1.Melt Gur with ghee over low heat.
- 2.Add peanuts slowly.
- 3.Stir for a few minutes.
- 4.Pour this into greased pan and cool over night.
- 5.Now, break into pieces and relish it with family members and dear ones.
