Ingredients of Baked Namakpara with Roasted Almond Dip
- For almond dip:
- 1/2 cup almonds (crushed), roasted
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 2 nos garlic cloves
- 1 basil sprig
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- For namak para:
- 250 gms refined flour
- 10 gms sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 ml olive oil
- 150 ml water
How to Make Baked Namakpara with Roasted Almond Dip
- Prepare the dip:
- 1.Place the tomatoes in a bowl. Crush and then chop the garlic, add to the tomatoes.
- 2.Finely chop the basil sprig and add to tomatoes with rest of the ingredients.
- 3.Refrigerate for a while.
- Prepare namak para:
- 1.Prepare dough with the given ingredients. Give it a rest for 10 minutes.
- 2.Now roll out very thin sheet and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200 C for 10-12 minutes.
- 3.Remove and break into pieces. Serve with the almond dip.
