About Vegetable Som Tam Salad Recipe:
A healthy and delicious salad recipe that you can prepare at home in
literally no time and with just a few ingredients. Beans, cherry tomato,
garlic, peanuts and raw papaya mixed well with somtam dressing and
served fresh.
Ingredients of Vegetable Som Tam Salad
- 150 Gram Raw papaya, shredded
- 30 Gram Carrot, julienne
- 30 Gram French bean diamond
- 30 Gram Cherry tomato
- 5 Gram Garlic
- 3 Gram Crush mix chilli
- 45 Ml Somtam dressing
- 10 Gram Peanuts (crushed), roasted
- 5 Gram Peanuts, roasted
How to Make Vegetable Som Tam Salad
- 1.Pound chillies and garlic together in a mortar. Add beans and pound.
- 2.Add Som tam sauce and mix well. Add crushed roasted peanuts.
- 3.Now add cherry tomato, raw papaya and carrot to mix well.
- 4.Put in a platter and garnish with roasted peanuts.
