Ingredients of Hand Torn Burrata
- 240 Gram Burrata cheese
- 10 Gram Miso paste
- 100 Gram Green tomato
- 8 Gram Green chilli
- 10 Gram Coriander
- 20 Ml White wine vinegar
- 20 Gram Jaggery
- 4 Gram Ginger
- 2 Gram Salt
- 2 Gram Olive oil
- 2 Gram Black pepper
- 50 Gram Rocket leaves
- 10 Gram Curry leave ciabatta
How to Make Hand Torn Burrata
- 1.In pan, add water, jaggery, salt, whole green chili, butter, ginger, coriander and green tomato.
- 2.Cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes to make green tomato chunda.
- 3.Lightly toast the curry leave ciabatta and apply olive oil on it.
- 4.Cut the burrata cheese in to two, season it with salt and pepper and serve with tomato chunda.
- 5.Garnish it with olive oil and serve cold.
