About Hand Torn Burrata Recipe: Burrata is a soft fresh Italian cheese which is creamy and heavenly delicious! Rightly crowned as the queen of Italian cheese, Burrata is Italian for 'buttery' and is made by three basic ingredients ; cow's milk, rennet and cream. This recipe is a delicious snack dish where burrata is served along tomato chunda.

Ingredients of Hand Torn Burrata

  • 240 Gram Burrata cheese
  • 10 Gram Miso paste
  • 100 Gram Green tomato
  • 8 Gram Green chilli
  • 10 Gram Coriander
  • 20 Ml White wine vinegar
  • 20 Gram Jaggery
  • 4 Gram Ginger
  • 2 Gram Salt
  • 2 Gram Olive oil
  • 2 Gram Black pepper
  • 50 Gram Rocket leaves
  • 10 Gram Curry leave ciabatta

How to Make Hand Torn Burrata

  • 1.In pan, add water, jaggery, salt, whole green chili, butter, ginger, coriander and green tomato.
  • 2.Cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes to make green tomato chunda.
  • 3.Lightly toast the curry leave ciabatta and apply olive oil on it.
  • 4.Cut the burrata cheese in to two, season it with salt and pepper and serve with tomato chunda.
  • 5.Garnish it with olive oil and serve cold.
